Fire Science/EMR
The Fire Science program will be developed in partnership with the Amity, Grand Ronde, Sheridan and Willamina Fire Districts. Instruction will be scheduled in all locations throughout the year, allowing participants to become familiar with systems, leadership and facilities at a variety of potential future career sites.

Initial access to the Fire Science/EMR classes will be available starting in Fall 2026.
Juniors and Seniors from Amity, Perrydale, Sheridan or Willamina High Schools who are interested in enrolling in Fire Science/EMR classes can complete this form to receive more information!
Student Outcomes
Long-term, students who complete the full pathway program will have skills that include fire prevention/ suppression training and emergency response activities. Students will be eligible to receive EMR, wildland fire, and national NFPA Firefighters 1 certificate.
